Janna Rodriguez is the owner of J&R Tacos in Downtown Merced and a full-time student at UC Merced. She is a mechanical engineering student pursuing her second bachelor’s having already graduated with a Bachelor’s in mathematics from Stanislaus State. Janna will be writing about monthly tours through the dozens of labs doing groundbreaking research at UC Merced.
